Zoe Miniter, LMHC, RMFT
Zoe Miniter (she/her) is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and registered marriage and family therapist intern (RMFT) who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure-based interventions, and mindfulness-informed approaches.
Zoe supports clients navigating anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, trauma, chronic pain, depression, ADHD, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She has experience working with athletes, veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, caregivers, and college students. Her work centers on the belief that no one should face life’s challenges alone—and that healing begins in a space where clients feel safe and understood.
Using CBT, exposure therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and motivational interviewing, Zoe tailors treatment to each client’s needs. Her warm and collaborative style blends evidence-based tools with deep compassion to foster resilience, insight, and meaningful change.
